The following motion was passed by NSEA and NESPA members at the Monday, June 16th General Membership Meeting at Inglemoor High School:
We strongly support our Association’s efforts to secure a collective bargaining agreement that furthers PROFESSIONAL RESPECT.
We direct our Association’s leadership (Officers, Board, Building Reps/Building Communicators, Bargaining Team, and Bargaining Support Team) to make all necessary preparations to achieve such an agreement.
We commit, collectively and individually, to “Be There” for each other and our Association in August. We will continue to participate in the activities that support our Bargaining Team and Association until we have reached an agreement in these negotiations.
